Processing Time

In-stock orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. During weekends or holiday periods, please allow 3–4 business days. Pre-Order orders ship within 2–3 weeks (from overseas, delays possible; we’ll notify you by email if significant)

 

Shipping Methods

Shipped via Australia Post, Aramex, Fedex, or similar carriers with tracking. Rush/express options available (extra fee).

 

Delivery Time

Orders usually arrive within 2–8 business days, depending on the destination.

 

Mixed & Combined Orders

Orders with both In Stock and Pre-Order items ship together once Pre-Orders arrive. To receive In Stock items sooner, please order separately. If an item is discontinued or out of stock, we’ll contact you to adjust or refund. For multiple orders placed within a few days, please contact us to request combined shipping or a discount. Orders placed close together may be shipped together.
